With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.Use as many sets each minute as needed.

The time is coming! Soon we will leave the carport and go to the box. I am almost as sad as I am excited about the change. We have put blood, sweat and tears on that carport. Friendships have been forged and renewed. Lives have changed. We move on!

State of Change

Well, we have equipment on site, equipment ordered, new logos and lots of work to do! Good work, that is. The COLD weather has us off the carport and thus the workouts are in limbo. I am going to the box today – watch for new pics here and on the facebook page!
