Through the years I wanted to workout. I wanted to be fit. I wanted to look and feel good. I envied those to whom healthy choices appeared to come easily.
Now I find myself on the other side of that fence. The challenge is to continue on the path with the same determination I had when this journey began some 3 years ago. How do you stay motivated?

Death by pullup:
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
If you’ve been checking this site you are likely aware that I have stopped posting the workouts. For now, I will continue to keep them on the whiteboard only.
