I have been doing CrossFit since 2007. I got my level 1 certification in March of 2008. I have been training people since. I believe that we all can improve and will if we push. I get as excited about a person increasing a deadlift from 65 to 75 pounds as I am about someone raising his/her number from 350 to 400.
