Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
Then – if time allows we do this:
“Jackie”
1000 meter row(We’ll run instead)
45 pound Thruster, 50 reps
30 pull-ups
Post loads for C&J and time for Jackie to comments.
